The nose is fresh and quite elegant. It reveals notes of citrus and slight notes of fresh exotic fruits associated with a touch of nutmeg. The palate is well balanced, very fresh, mineral, liquorish and offers a good tension. In the mouth it expresses notes of citrus associated with notes of apple, peach and slight notes of lemon and exotic fruits (pineapple, quénette) and a few notes of honey as well as very fine notes of almond and hazelnut in the background.
