(ageing barrel) A vintage still ripe cabernet notes. It reveals beautiful notes of cherry and cassis along with little notes of roasted coffee and licorice. A fresh wine, round, fruity and a nice full-bodied.

(ageing in oak barrel) A wine expressing typical notes of ripe cabernet. It expresses notes of cherry, blackcurrant, cherry and raspberry combined with notes of violets and spices (pepper). The fruits are crisp on the palate. Aromas of blackberry and plum are also proving in the mouth. The tannins are silky. The after taste is liquorice.

A wine that expresses notes of red fruit (raspberry, cherry, strawberry) ripe, spice but also notes roasts, licorice and cocoa. Some ripe black fruit also. The tannins are present but quite well done. In my opinion it would benefit to age.
