In a spirit of cohesion, AOP Languedoc, the Municipality of Montpellier, the Montpellier Métropole, the Occitania Region and the Department of l’Hérault have together created a convivial, more intimate, regional wine trade event.
For the second edition, Dégustez en VO ! (VO for Vignobles d’Occitanie) to be held on 5 and 6 March 2023, will be hosted in the most iconic sites in the historic heart of Montpellier.
An event that’s more than just a simple wine fair :
It’s a veritable opportunity to turn the spotlight on our vineyards and our winemakers, in a number of ways
- Firstly, it’s simple, tried and tested format puts all the focus on the wines – there are no ostentatiously extravagant stands!
- Visits and Pre and After evenings are reserved for buyers and journalists, in moments of direct contact in the vineyards and cellars. We also encourage the different appellations and denominations to organize auxiliary events over the two days of the Montpellier Wine Fair and, in support of this, we can offer access to some of the most prestigious addresses in the Ecusson, in the heart of Montpellier, thanks to our partnership with the Municipality and the Metropole.
- A symposium dedicated to our heirloom grapes, will bring together many inspiring specialists on the subject.
- A special meal created by two chefs from the region, designed to reveal the perfect food pairings for these wines, will conclude the symposium.
