The palate is fruity and offers an acidulous frame, a racy minerality, finesse, energy, a chiseled side as well as a beautiful freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh lemon, fresh/crunchy apple, small notes of fresh pear associated with touches of zests, small fresh/crunchy white plum as well as hints of racy minerality and fine hints of fresh sage and an imperceptible hint of almost bee wax/honey in the background.
