The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, a small concentration as well as a fine grain and finely tight. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/fresh blackberry, ripe/crunchy cassis and small notes of ripe/cruncyy red fruits associated with fine touches of flowers, graphite, toasted, cocoa/chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of grilled and varietal (in the background). The finish is finely tight. Tannins are finely firm and slightly dry. There is a hint of bitterness on the finish.
