The palate is fresh, fruity, beautifully well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful elegance as well as a small tension. On the palate this Rum expresses notes of candied orange zests, dried citrus and small notes of pâtisseries associated with small touches of small yellow fruits, mango/juicy quenette as well as fine hints of toasted, caramelization, cedar, very discreet hints of cigar and pepper.
