The palate is fruity, well-built, well-balanced, finely powerful and offers gourmandise, fat, finesse and minerality. On the palate, this Rum expresses notes of litchi and fresh sugar cane combined with small notes of apple, quenette / exotic fruits, minerality and a very discreet hint of anise. Good length.
