The palate is fruity, mineral and offers a slight fat, freshness, a slight suavity as well as slight gourmandize (on the finish). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon associated with hints of apple, green melon as well as subtle touches of juicy/fresh lemon and an imperceptible hint of exotic fruits (papaya, Quenette). Good length.
