Domaine Naïs Création de Naïs AOP Coteaux d’Aix en Provence 2021

The wine is very pale, limpid and bright with a discreet rose gold color. The first nose is fruity with orchard fruits such as peach but also juicy apricot. There are fine notes of apple as well as a discreet passion fruit. We also smell a slightly smoky minerality. The second nose confirms the first nose with a little more intensity adding a hint of spicy sage. The attack is fresh, tangy with fruits such as white peach. We are on a little more tension with the juicy lemon, the tangerine zest, the green apple and a discreet but present vegetal aspect. The acidity is persistent in the mid-palate and refreshes the finish which is subtle on apple seeds and white grapes. Ideal in very hot weather!
