The nose is briny, herbal, with notes of dill and bruised apples, relatively pen for its age. On the palate the wine is dry, with elevated acidity, rich body, round and voluptuous, fruity, showing notes of ripe apples, a touch of melon and pear, slate minerality. A very opulent style, endless finish.
