The nose is elegant, delicate, precise and offers a beautiful silky touch, a fine freshness as well as a very beautiful fruit. It reveals notes of bright Boysen berry, bright violet plum, small notes of crushed raspberry associated with small touches of cassis, zan, sugared mild tobacco, cherry blossom, fine hints of sense of the place (local biotope), sweet spices as well as a very discreet hint of rosemary flowers and an imperceptible hint of cuben pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a beautiful definition, fullness (full of finesse), a certain richness/concentration (full of finesse), an aerial side full of balance, a racy minerality as well as a melodious side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blackberry, bright red plum, small notes of fleshy cassis associated with touches of small crushed red berries, sugared mild tobacco, chocolate, caramelization, cardamom as well as fine hints of plum flowers, black olive, rosemary flowers, a subtle hint of sage and sweet spices. Tannins are elegant, precise, delicate and racy. Good length. Lot of delicacy and subtility in the wine.
