The nose is fruity and offers a slight concentration. It reveals notes of quince and kumquat associated with subtle hints of orange, beeswax, small yellow fruits as well as a very discreet hint of minerality (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral and offers a slight freshness, a slight suavity as well as residual sugar. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe yellow apple, quince and touches of kumquat associated with subtle hints of yellow fruits as well as a discreet hint of beeswax and slight notes of sweet spices (on the persistence). Good length. The persistence is relatively gourmand.
