The palate is fruity, mineral, round, well built, aromatic and offers a silky matter. Light residual sugar. The effervescence is well conducted. In the mouth this Crémant expresses notes of yellow peach, crunchy Brugnon and slight notes of lemon, flowers associated with slight notes of quince, honey and a discreet note of brioche. Good length and persistence (with notes of nectarine and slight notes of lemon).
