The nose is aromatic and relatively gourmand. It reveals notes of honey, white flowers and fine notes of candied citrus (mandarin, quince) combined with a touch of apple and a discreet touch of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, relatively gourmande and offers freshness, an acid frame (citrus) and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, tangerine and Granny Smith apple associated with hints of pineapple, exotic fruits as well as discreet hints of spices and a small note of honey. Good length and persistence.
