The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose offers tangy fruit and juiciness. It expresses notes of wild strawberry, crushed raspberry, tart red cherry, a touch of blackcurrant and morello cherry, as well as delicate notes of peony and violet. The palate is precise and fruity, with a certain concentration. We find flavors of crushed raspberry, wild strawberry, red cherry, a hint of morello cherry, violet and peony, as well as a slight touch of white pepper in the background. The finish has a medium persistence, but offers a nice acidity and juiciness. The tannins are fine, slightly gripping, with a slight bitterness on the finish.
