The nose is fruity, well-structured, a bit powerful and offers a small strict side. It reveals notes of lemon and citrus zest associated with subtle hints of minerality, grapes seed as well as an imperceptible touch of gray pepper and flowers. The palate is fruity, fat, round, suave, well-balanced and offers freshness, a fine juiciness, an acid frame as well as an aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, litchi and small notes of crunchy peach combined with subtle hints of tangerine, racy minerality, very discreet touches of beeswax, a very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background) as well as an imperceptible hint of fresh flowers (in the background) and a very discreet toasted hint / almond (in the background). Good length.
