The nose is pungent with nuances yellow apples, pears, quince with a touch of white pepper and fennel. The palate is woody and dense, revealing nuances of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg along with some ripe yellow apples, pears and lemons. The wine shows a perfect balance between the oaky and fruity nuances. The finish is pleasant and juicy.
