The wine shows a bright golden colour, clear and shiny. The nose is perfumed and intense, slightly briny, revealing notes of dill, fennel, pickles, lemon, yellow apple and dried herbs. The palate is dense, saline and exuberant, echoing the nose with nuances of fresh and dried herbs, dill, parsley, citrus fruit, a lot of salinity and juiciness. The finish is vibrant, briny, savoury. A very particular style of wine with a lot of freshness and character.
