The wine shows a very pale yellow colour with a metallic hue. On the nose it is aromatic, intense, revealing notes of fresh pear, pear drops, green and yellow apple, lemon, a touch of pomelo and freshly cut grass. The palate is fruity and simple with nuances of orchard and citrus fruits, a touch of salinity, dried herbs and a slight yeastiness. The finish is fruity and refreshing.
