The wine shows a bright ruby colour with a garnet tinge. The nose is very savoury, revealing nuances of black olive tapenade, a touch of sweet spices, some salinity, a hint of grilled bacon and roasted meat. The palate is nicely saline with round but still grippy tannins. Long, juicy and savoury finish.
