The wine has a pale lemon yellow color with green reflections. The nose offers freshness and tanginess of citrus fruits and green fruits. It expresses notes of lime, lime zest, green apple, gooseberries, tangy green plum, as well as a fine vegetal note (cucumber) well integrated, fine herbaceous notes (peppermint, leaf tomato) and floral aromas (apple blossoms). On the palate, the wine offers liveliness, a slight sweet touch of candied lemon peel, orange jam, as well as fresh notes of green apple, yellow lemon, pomelo, green plum and a touch peppermint and apple blossom. The finish is rather persistent, with lively acidity and notes of chopped lime, as well as a spicy hint (white pepper) and a subtle bitterness on the finish. A wine of freshness and lightness.
