The wine has a slightly opaque straw colour with a golden tinge. The nose is pungent, floral and spicy, revealing notes of savoury herbs, white pepper, a touch of white apple, pear and candied lemon. The palate is more herbal than fruity, with plenty of withered herbs, a lick of oregano, garrigue. On the fruity side we find notes of lemon, lime, a hint of white peach and pear. The finish echoes the palate with herbaceous and herbal notes.
