The nose is fresh and offers a small creaminess. It reveals notes of white fruits (apple, brugnon) associated with small notes of pear, citrus as well as a very discreet hint of quince and beeswax / spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, quite frank and offers a good definition, a slight straightness, roundness as well as a mineral frame. The effervescence is very dynamic.On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe apple, ripe brugnon and small notes of litchi associated with touches of citrus fruits as well as a very discreet hint of quince and an imperceptible hint of butter / spices.
