The nose reveals fine notes of quince, apple and mirabelle plum associated with a hint of beeswax, green apple peel and almond. The palate is fruity, a bit tight and offers a nice acid frame, fat and a small straightness. The effervescence is quite fine and dynamic. On the palate this wine expresses notes of apple, quince and small notes of fresh physalis associated with a touch of brugnon, a hint of pear as well as an imperceptible touch of egg cream and brioche. Good length.
