The nose is aromatic and offers power and a very fine richness. It reveals notes of cassis, red berries and small notes of wild raspberry, blackberry associated with touches of garrigue, Cuben pepper as well as very discreet hints of spices, nutmeg, a very discreet hint of iris and an imperceptible toasted hint (in the background). The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced, precise and offers a beautiful definition, a small gourmandise, a fine suavity, a fine acidulous frame, minerality, softness, a small juiciness, a small freshness as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry and black cherry / fleshy bigarreau associated with small notes of red berries, ripe raspberry, tonka bean, caramelization / toasted as well as a very discreet hint of iris and vanilla. Tannins are very fine and slightly dry.
