Virginie de Valandraud 2019 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is fruity, gourmand and aromatic. It reveals notes of fleshy/juicy pear, juicy vine peach, small notes of passion fruits associated with small touches of ripe citrus (lemon, pink grapefruit) as well as very fine hints of lemon flowers and quenette. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize and an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of vine peach, fleshy pear, small notes of apple associated with small touches of lemon, pink grapefruit as well as a subtle hint of mandarine zestes and a very discreet hint of lemon flowers. Good length.
