The palate is fruity and reveals some freshness, minerality, sapidity, cleanliness, fine creamy effervescence, a fine acidic frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy apple, creamy peach and more slightly lychee, acacia flower and a subtle hint of fresh kumquat.
