The nose is fruity and offers a certain concentration and maturity. It reveals notes of roasted cherry, crushed small red fruits and small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with slight touches of violet as well as slight hints of zan, sweet spices and a hint of sweet blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, precision sapidity as well as acidity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of acidulous raspberry, pulpy redcurrants and small notes of cornflowers associated with a touch of juicy blue plum as well as hints of zan and an imperceptible hint of sage (in the background).
