The nose is fruity, fresh, well-built. It reveals notes of yellow apple, small yellow fruits, small notes of quince associated with fine touches of lychee, bee wax, discreet hints of crystallized lemon and varietal. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a very discreet pearling side, a small gourmandize, a small acidulous frame and a discreet crunchiness (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied quince, crystallized kumquat, small notes of small candied apple associated with small touches of acacia flowers, crystallized lemon, fine hint of honey, varietal and a discreet hint of dry apricot. Good length.
