Vignobles Coulet – Tour de Baulx 2022 – AOP Languedoc

The wine has a pale lemon color. The nose is aromatic, fruity and intense. There are notes of yellow apple, nectarine and yellow peach in syrup. We also perceive touches of lemon blossom, very ripe yellow lemon as well as touches of guava. The palate is fresh, ample, aromatic with fruit and a tangy mineral frame. There are notes of yellow peach, juicy apricot and nectarine as well as small crisp white fruits and fine touches of pineapple. We perceive, with salinity, lemon blossoms and a hint of vanilla. The finish is salivating.
