The nose is aromatic, elegant, fine and offers a slight richness (in the background). It reveals notes of quicne and ripe/crushed yellow fruits associated with hints of crushed peach as well as a very discreet hint of butter and a subtle hint of beeswax/brioche. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, elegant and offers a slight mineral frame, a very slight juiciness, gourmandise, a good definition, acidity, finesse as well as suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of mirabelle and slight notes of quince associated with a hint of ripe lemon, discreet hints of white fruits as well as a touch of flowers, butter and sweet spices/toasted oak. Good length. Nice persistence with hints of brioche/pâtisseries.
