Vignerons de Buxy 2015 – Montagny

The nose is fruity and slightly gourmand. It reveals notes of fresh small yellow fruits associated with hints of Granny Smith apple peel, fresh exotic fruits as well as a very discreet hint of beeswax and a very discreet hint of flowers (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, fat and offers a slight mineral frame, a slight acidity, a slight concentration, roundness, a slight gourmnadise as well as a slight unctuosity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes og fresh yellow fruits and slight notes of quince, mango associated with a hint of green apple peel as well as a discreet hint of green lemon zests and exotic fruits. Good length.
