The nose is flowery and offers some concentration. It expresses notes of elderflower, acacia as well as fine hints of fresh local sage/garrigue, physalis and pineapple. The palate is fruity, and offers juiciness, an acidulous structure, suavity, a certain gourmandise and precision. It expresses notes of white flowers, acacia and small notes of fresh sap, associated with touches of small yellow fruits, as well as a fine hint of lime blossom. Good length, and a fine woody/oxidative note.
