The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a certain dynamism, a very finely tight structure, fullness and freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/juicy raspberry, small notes of small crushed berries associated with small touches of pulpy cherry as well as fine hints of violet, lily, fresh mild tobacco, very discreet hints of sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of pepper (in the background).
