The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a small intensity, a fine freshness as well as gourmandize. It reveals notes of caramelized peach, dried apricot and small notes of orange marmalade associated with fine touches of crystallized lemon, plum as well as a touch of yellow raisins and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a small tension, a fine / slightly tight / elegant grain as well as a small power. On the palate, this Porto expresses notes of prune, dried fig and small notes of dried apricot associated with touches of crystallized lemon, candied apple as well as small hints of dry yellow grapes, sweet spices, a hint of cedar and chocolate (in the background). Good length. Tannins are precise, structuring and well-built. A beautiful persistence with a hint of pâtisseries / caramelization and dried fruits (hazelnuts, walnuts…)
