The nose is fruity, well-built, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful definition as well as a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of wild strawberry, Quetsche plum and a small notes of wild raspberry combined with a touch of crushed blueberry, laurel, licorice as well as a hint of Cuben pepper, nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of mushroom (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, elegant and offers tension, a good precision, a fine acidulous frame (in the background), a beautiful racy minerality, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful finesse, straightness as well as a beautiful structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild strawberry, Quetsche plum and small notes of ripe wild berries associated with toasted touches, tonka bean, sweet spices as well as a very discreet hint of clove and mushroom. Tannins are elegant. Good length and persistence.
