The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, elegant and offers tension, a good precision, a fine acidulous frame (in the background), a beautiful racy minerality, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful finesse, straightness as well as a beautiful structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild strawberry, Quetsche plum and small notes of ripe wild berries associated with toasted touches, tonka bean, sweet spices as well as a very discreet hint of clove and mushroom. Tannins are elegant. Good length and persistence.
