It reveals notes of blackberry and black / bigarreau cherry associated with small touches of red berries, fleshy blueberry as well as touches of violet, Sichuan pepper and discreet hints of grove (in the background). The mouth is fruity, juicy, slightly tight and offers a fine fleshiness, a small suavity, gourmandise, tension, a good definition, roundness as well as a small acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blueberry and fleshy / acidulous red berries associated with small touches of cherry, wild strawberry, a discreet hint of violet / iris, licorice, chocolate, caramelization as well as a very discreet hint of black olive / grove and an imperceptible hint of Bourbon vanilla.
