The nose is fresh and offers a small minerality as well as a very fine iodine hint. It reveals notes of fresh yuzu, fresh mandarine, small notes of small fresh berries associated with a subtle hint of crunchy/fresh cherry, rose and an imperceptible hint of rosemary (in the background). The palate is fruity, round and offers gourmandize, suavity, a good definition, an aromatic purity as well as a beautiful finesse of the fat, gourmandize and appetence. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy nectarine, juicy/fleshy kumquat, small notes of mandarine associated with small touches of yuzu, crushed Mirabelle, fresh cherry as well as a subtle hint of cherry blossom. Good length.
