The nose is floral, elegant, greedy and offers a nice maturity of the fruit. It expresses notes of acacia flowers, green peach and more lightly – verbena, combined with touches of bright local citrus fruits (lemon, mandarin), as well as fine hints of passion fruit. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, minerality, good energy, definition, indulgence and a certain suavity. It expresses notes of bright vine peach, bright local citrus fruits and more lightly – verbena, combined with touches of sweet acacia, elderflower and fine hints of racy minerality. A nice freshness and minerality. A lingering fine woody and saline hint.
