The nose is fruity and quite precise. It reveals notes of apple, yellow fruits, green almond, sage / boxwood and touches of beeswax associated with small notes of spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy and offers some freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of apple, quince and slight notes of citrus (lemon, mandarin) associated with fine notes of honey, toasted oak and sweet spices. Good length and persistence. There are a fine note of vanilla and a slight note of patisserie on the finish.
