The nose is fruity, finely gourmande and offers subtlety and elegance. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals toasted notes / vanilla, fresh white fruits, fresh almonds and fresh mirabelle plums combined with a subtle hint of citrus, gray pepper and a discreet hint of salinity. The wine needs to be decanted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful acid frame, a nice suavity / fat, a fine unctuosity, straightness, intensity, depthness, elegance, a certain finesse, gourmandise, a beautiful racy minerality, freshness as well as a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince and crushed mirabelle plum associated with small notes of citrus (lemon, mandarin), juicy green apple as well as hints of almonds, brioche and a subtle hint of dry peach (in the background). Good length.
