The nose is fresh, fruity, precise, clear and offers a good definition. It reveals notes of fresh kumquat, jammy quince and small notes of candied apple associated with small touches of jammy nectarine as well as fine hints of fresh quenette, white flowers and discreet hints of acacia (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, a bit tight and offers juiciness, tension as well as energy. On the palate, this Porto expresses notes of fresh quince, fresh kumquat and small notes of lemon associated with small touches of fresh apple blossoms, pulpy apple as well as discreet hints of dried citrus and acacia. Good length. A very discreet tannic hint, dried almonds on the aftertaste. A perfectly suited to mixology Porto.
