The nose is fruity and offers a fine delicacy, a very fine richness and a fine grain. It reveals notes of wild strawberries, small red berries and small notes of acidulous blackberries associated with a touch of fleshy cassis as well as hints of sweet spices, caramelization, toasted, fine hints of vanilla. Bourbon, a very discreet hint of pepper and an imperceptible hint of rosemary (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy / slightly acidulous frame, tension, precision, dynamism, minerality as well as good finesse of the structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild strawberries, redcurrants and small notes of crunchy cassis associated with small touches of garrigue, vanilla, toasted as well as a subtle hint of crushed almond. Tannins are very discreetly marked. Good length.
