(Organic) The wine shows a pale ruby-garnet colour. The nose is packed with notes of dried red cherries, hibiscus, a touch of rosemary, macchia, some smoky and mineral nuances, a touch of black olive tapenade, a light oxidative note. The palate is dense with pleasant sweetness and significant volume. It reveals notes of red berries compote, dried cherries, a touch of bay leaf and thyme. A classic Sangiovese finish with some slightly drying but round tannins and a touch of herbals.
