(Bottled in August 2019) The nose is fruity, juicy, racy and offers elegance as well as a small tension. It reveals notes of clementine, lemon and small notes of peach associated with fine touches of juicy apple, slight hints of dried zest, dried white flowers as well as very discreet hints of cloves, gray pepper, spices and an imperceptible hint of hazelnut. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine juicy / acidulous frame, a good definition, elegance, gourmandize, freshness, a good definition as well as a beautiful grain. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of juicy / ripe clementine, juicy / ripe lemon and small notes of vine peach associated with fine touches of juicy / ripe green apple, quenette, lemon flowers as well as discreet hints of caramelization, pepper, a subtle hint of Bourbon vanilla and an imperceptible hint of cigar.
