Cedarman is also an altitude vineyard standing proudly in the Howell Mountain. It’s a completely different wine with lots of savory flavors. Instead of being fruit-forward, it boasts a strong spiciness along, of course, heavy structure, density and power. It’s the favorite wine of Larry Turley because he likes to cook grilled and smoked meats, and this wine is well-suited.
