The nose offers notes of crystallized lemon, quince and small of peach in syrup associated with fine touches of lychee, peach blossoms as well as a discreet hint of mandarin zest. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, fat, tension, a fine unctuosity, a beautiful acidulous side, juiciness as well as a small straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, crystallized mandarin and small notes of quince associated with touches of vine peach in syrup, pineapple, quenette as well as slight hints of flowers. Good length. Good acidulous persistence.
