Assyrtiko 100% made in a Retsina style with pieces of Aleppo pine resin added to the must during the fermentation. The nose shows typical notes menthol and eucalyptus, very fresh and cooling. On the palate nuances of pine resin, rosemary and sage interlace with citrus notes and mineral hints. Very refreshing and pleasant. A rare example of high quality and accessible, international-style Retsina.
