The nose is fruity, gourmand, elegant, charming, voluptuous, complex and relatively powerful. It reveals notes of quenette, fine notes of kumquat and a hint of quince associated with discreet notes of exotic fruits, lemon, slight notes of brown sugar and a hint of caramelization / pâtisserie, Zante currants, tobacco (discreet) and a few discreet oaky notes. The palate is fruity, fine, elegant, round, suave, well built, relatively fat and offers finely gourmand, richness as well as a fine / discreet acid frame (in the background). In the mouth this Rum expresses fine notes of quenette, exotic fruit and Zante currants combined with a discreet note of kumquat, candied tangerine zest, lemon as well as slight notes of cane sugar caramel, gingerbread, honey, a few slight discreet oaky notes and a discreet note of pâtisserie on the finish.
